Website Rescue OS ("we," "us," "our") provides website auditing, fix recommendations, conversion optimization reports, and AI-generated website files ("deliverables") to local businesses. By placing an order and making payment, you agree to these terms.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full before any deliverable is generated. By completing payment you authorize the charge to your payment method.
We stand behind our work. Our refund policy is straightforward:
To request a refund, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your job number and a specific description of the issue.
All deliverables — audit reports, fix guides, and generated websites — are provided as HTML files for you to use, modify, and deploy as you see fit. You own your deliverable upon successful payment and delivery.
For Full Rebuild, Growth Engine, and Enterprise plans: The generated website is approximately 70–85% complete at delivery. This is clearly communicated at the time of purchase and is the expected, intended state of the deliverable — not a defect. Three finishing steps remain before going live: (1) connect a contact form backend (e.g. Formspree), (2) replace the placeholder testimonials with real customer reviews, and (3) add your own photos. These steps are your responsibility. A website deliverable that is 70–85% complete and pre-filled with your real business details constitutes successful delivery under these terms.
Generated websites include clearly labeled placeholder testimonials. You are responsible for replacing these with real customer reviews before publishing. We are not responsible for any content you publish using our deliverables.
Audit reports reflect the actual, live state of your website at the time of scanning using automated tooling (Playwright browser rendering and DOM analysis). Each finding includes the specific element, line number, and source snippet from your site. Fix recommendations are based on WCAG, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices as they apply to your actual site content. Implementation is your responsibility or that of your developer.
Automated audits cover the categories listed in each plan's feature set. They are not a substitute for a manual human review of every edge case. If your server blocks external crawlers or rate-limits our scanner, some checks may use estimated rather than live data — this is noted in the report where it applies.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
You agree not to use our service to generate websites or reports for unlawful purposes, and not to submit false business information. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
